Coaching to fit your Lifestyle
Brand new to Green Shoots Coaching
We recognise that time is precious and that to invest time in Coaching can be a challenge. With this in mind we have developed a series of lifestyle approaches to Coaching that could just be the answer for you!
Café Coaching
In our employed days some of our most successful Coaching interventions have been in very informal surroundings and whilst taking a break from direct work activity, feedback from people we managed said that they enjoyed the timeout which gave them space for clear thinking and the subsequent Coaching was of more value, out of this was born the concept of Café Coaching. You will probably, but not necessarily, be a busy working person who values a bit of time out from the office, you probably also enjoy a good cup of coffee! We will join you in the café of your choice and use the time to both relax and discuss anything you need support with be it work or life related. Clearly the environment will not be completely private so please take this into account when choosing this lifestyle option, in our experience other people are far too busy with their own lives to listen into yours. Although these discussions can be one offs, we would recommend that you have them regularly to build the Coaching relationship.
You will:
- Have a chance for some clear thinking away from the workplace
- Have an unbiased independent listener who has wide experience of the Corporate, Public and Retail sectors
- Work at the pace that suites you
- Set clear goals to move you forward
- Enjoy a relaxed environment
Half hour or lunch hour meetings available in packages of 3 sessions – we buy the coffee!
Walk and Talk - Ladies only
Does enjoying some exercise or your favourite pastime whilst being Coached sound like a good use of your valuable time? If it does this is for you!
This branch of lifestyle Coaching came from our own love of walking. We lead busy lives Coaching others and find that most of our own personal Coaching happens in this way. There is something about being out in the fresh air and in an environment that you love that gets the blood pumping and the brain working at its optimum level. This makes for a great time to enjoy Coaching.
After an initial getting to know you session your Coach will accompany you on a walk of your choice (subject to distance, travel costs may apply) and enjoy the Coaching session as we walk. Any notes or action points made along the way will be emailed to you if required. Some people don’t enjoy sitting down for face to face Coaching, Walk and Talk can be a great alternative.
You will:
- enjoy some good old fresh air to get your brain cells working
- have clear thinking time to focus on what is important to you
- your Coach’s undivided attention whilst enjoying things in common
- enjoy nature using it to tap into your inner wisdom
- gain clarity of mind and thought to implement your goals
1, 2 hour or more walks available by arrangement, a course of sessions is recommended - dogs very welcome!
