Are you currently trying to lose weight but find you cannot stick to it, feel others hinder your success or maybe you lack motivation?  Do you wish you had more support, someone focussed solely on you?  No fads, no gimmicks, just practical, inspirational and motivating support from a qualified Coach.

 

Whether, like us, you are a member of a club, such as Weight Watchers, Slimming World or Rosemary Conley, use Health Club facilities or even doing it by yourself, the new Green Shoots Weight Loss Coaching Programme will help maximise your success.

 

We frequently hear from people following a weight loss programme that they are really ‘good’ just before weigh in but often let things slip in the interim (fish and chips on the way home, sound familier?).  This is such a common issue and if it sounds like you, you are not alone and this is where The Green Shoots Weight Loss Programme can help.

 

I have been asked on several occasions if I could Coach people trying to lose weight in order to keep them motivated, on target and, should they let things slip, help them to understand why and formulate a plan to get them back on track.  This has usually been because they have let things slip in between meetings.  All of the popular weight loss plans offer a degree of one to one support but often the sheer size of the meetings usually means you get very little time dedicated just to you.

 

The Green Shoots Weight Loss Coaching Programme will offer you, personal, focussed, motivational and goal orientated, you time through Coaching, along side, if you wish, your preferred weight loss plan.  Your Coach will listen with genuine empathy and will remain non judgemental at all times.  Although we have had personal experience of the most popular weight loss plans, the Green Shoots programme will not advise on individual programmes rules and methods, nor will we criticise or suggest you change provider, we will work with you and your goals helping to keep you on target whilst supporting you with you preferred provider.  

 

You will be offered a choice of 3 monthly memberships levels to suite your budget and needs.

 

Package 1:

·     80 minutes of one to one coaching to be split as you wish e.g. you could have 4 x 20 minute sessions, this is perfect for anyone looking for a high level of support or is trying to lose weight on their own.  This would also work well in between weekly weigh ins if you belong to a slimming club, whatever you need.

            Price £60 per month

 

Package 2:

·     40 minutes of one to one coaching to be split as you wish e.g. you    could have 2 x 20 minute sessions, what ever you need

·     20 minutes of one to one coaching to be used as you wish e.g. 1 session or could be 2 x10 minutes, what ever you need

Conditions

Monthly membership can be paid by direct debit and cancelled anytime except for occasional special promotions which are subject to 3 months minimum contract period.

 

Coaching sessions are held over the telephone although for people living in York these can be face to face one to one or in groups (ask for discounts for groups).  This also means that we can take calls from anywhere in the UK or worldwide.  The calls take place at your desired frequency, weekly, twice monthly or monthly, you choose.  After an initial consultation to understand your long term goals, the call will focus on how you are doing against your target and what is affecting you in either a negative or positive way.  You will finish the call feeling motivated with a clear understanding of what you need to do to make the most of the time before your next meeting.  If you are with a slimming club we advise that you have your session in between your meetings in order to maximise the opportunities for keeping you on target.
