Green Shoots Coaching is a caring coaching business run by Michaela Oldfield. My aim is simple: to support you to be the absolute best you can be, in life and in business.

I specialise in career coaching, business coaching, relationship and divorce coaching, and life coaching. These four broad specialisms enable me to take a comprehensive view of the coaching process and offer you the unique support you need.

Green Shoots Coaching is based in York. I work with a variety of different types of clients throughout the UK and further afield, including small and medium business owners, corporate firms, and individuals.
